We tell you what we find
If a programme is off track, you will hear it from us early, with a plan to fix it.
Monique founded The Governance Bridge after nine years of running funded skills and employment programmes, most recently overseeing job-seekers centres and a youth skills centre with combined budgets of over R22 million a year.
That work showed her where programmes go wrong. Learners drop out when nobody notices early. Host employers lose interest. Evidence files get built in a panic the week before an audit. Funders hold back a tranche because a report is late. None of it is complicated to prevent, but it takes someone paying attention every week.
That is what we offer: hands-on help from people who have done the job, with the controls and reporting that keep funders, boards and auditors comfortable.
Monique holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Before skills development she worked in student recruitment across Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone, and we work across South Africa and West Africa today.

Evidence, minutes and reports are built during the work, so audits and verifications are straightforward.
Systems should fit your size. A small non-profit needs different controls from a listed company.
